As your outsourced planning function, all communication and representation is done so under your business name and in accordance to your policies and procedures. To the outside world – we are your internal planning department.

From client resource request through to handing over to the execution team, your job pack is complete. All client liaison is done so with your best interests and complete confidentiality in mind. When we speak or act on your behalf, it is as a member of your business – not as a third-party.

This function is completely customisable. Once our role and responsibilities are finalised, our engagement will be documented in form of process to ensure clarity and areas of responsibility for both parties. These are subject to change as your business does and on agreement with both parties.
